Hi everyone,
We=C3=A2=C2=80=C2=99re polishing off the final testing on the next version = of mothur. Hopefully, that will drop in the next week or two.
In the meantime, I wanted to share with you a project that I=C3=A2=C2=80=C2= =99ve been working on over the past couple of years. I've been developing a tutorial series for those microbiome researchers interested in improving the reproducibility of their analyses - that=C3=A2=C2=80=C2=99s you, right?= . Although it=C3=A2=C2=80=C2=99s not specifically a mothur tutorial series, mothur fig= ures in and the series will show how we use mothur and other tools to optimize the reproducibility of our analyses. The introductory video is up on YouTube and new videos will be posted every Tuesday and Thursday for the next two months. The first video was posted today and can be found on YouTube . This Reproducible Research tutorial series is part of our Riffomonas project . Enjoy!
