Just a few quick notes on the mailing list.
The list is a free resource by the NYLXS

there are two mailing lists there, one of the regular NYLXS list and the
second one os for LIU students.
The list is archived
I don't moderate mailing lists, unless I really have to, but I haven't
had to in a decade.
The list address is learn-at-nylxs.com
Use it to make meetings, call each other, share homework and ask
questions and a few jokes now and then is very accepatable.
Send binaries if you want through the list.
FWIW, I have a full throttle development envrinment on the box and even
several boxes. If you want machine acces, just ask me at
ruben-at-nylxs.com
Just keep in mind that things are public and I know that teachers can
and have looked in.... just saying.
Oracle is currentl available although I have MYSQL and other things.
If you want I can expand to include mono. GCC is definietely on here,
along with gdb and VIM. I don't think EMACS is up.
Mostly though, I just want to really put a spark of life into this
program. Please SHARE. College is about SHARING.
Oh one more thing
