This can be done on the City Council level and the noise it can create
can change the conversaion.
BTW - the MTA is increasing fare and LYING about crime statitics. You
can't count crimes if you doing arrest people!
Nobody pays the fare!
I would LOVE to see NYC shut down the Atlantic Station because of human
feces and rats.
