In NY, you have to be a convicted criminal in order to open a Marijuana
dispnsery. The natural response was for iventetors to just skirt the
law and ignore NYC and NYS and do whatever they wanted.
Now, everywhere it smells of and reeks of Pot... not is nothing like
Amsterdam which has had legal weed for decades.
The Governor has finally stepped in ... and this is the response by the
workers in the Pot agency...
