MOCS Hosts Successful Business Mixer in the Bronx

On Tuesday, April 16th, MOCS hosted an exceptional *Business Mixer*
event in the Bronx, bringing together numerous businesses and agencies
to discuss best practices for contracting with the City of New York.

In partnership with Hostos Community College, MOCS has been actively

Service Desk Spotlight: Charlemagne

Charlemagne is a Senior Analyst on the MOCS Service Desk, and has been
with MOCS since May 2014!

He’s witnessed the transition from VENDEX to PASS/Port/, including all
subsequent PASS/Port/ releases.

His dedication and consistent willingness to go above and beyond in
providing excellent customer service resulted in him receiving the 2022
NYC Excellence in Customer Service Award.

Charlemagne is also a polyglot, speaking four languages - French, Moore,
Dioula, and English.

He enjoys making people smile and loves to dress up for work.

After work, Charlemagne loves to enjoy a glass of good red wine, always
in moderation.

Charlemagne is an avid traveler with a goal to visit all 50 states in
the US.

At home, he is a family-oriented man, a proud father of two children,
and is married to his college sweetheart! His love for his family is as
evident as his passion for his work.
