UPDATE: E-Bidding in PASSPort!
*Starting March 1, 2024, paper construction bid submission forms are no
longer required for bids*. Bidding, still facilitated through PASSPort,
will undergo a complete transition into a fully electronic process
(e-Bidding), making conventional paper bid forms a thing of the past.
This significant leap forward stems from Governor Hochul's approval of
legislation (Nov. 2023) championed by the NYC Capital Process Reform
Task Force and represents another step in the City’s effort to reform
procurement into a streamlined, centralized, transparent, and modern
process.
To accommodate bid security requirements conveniently, vendors will
retain the option to either physically submit paper certified checks or
electronically upload bid bonds through PASSPort.

Service Desk Spotlight: Brandon
An Analyst on the MOCS Service Desk unit, Brandon has been a part of the
team for 5 months and has strived to expand his knowledge while
providing assistance in all procurement functions.
Brandon sees a challenge as an opportunity for growth and enjoyment.
Connecting all the parts of a puzzle that was once unknown is an
incomparable feeling.
Before joining MOCS, Brandon worked for an event management company
where he oversaw inventory management and customer service.
Brandon has a BA in Cybersecurity from the SUNY University at Albany,
and is glad to be able to utilize his technical knowledge and joy for
helping others.
When Brandon is not at work, he likes to spend time cooking and gaming.
