All the homeless and the crazies stalking the streets came from Rikers
when the idiots decided to empty the jail and put all the mentally ill
back on the streets.
Now, Low and Behold, the NY Times has figured this out... backwards.
They think we are only now first putting them there..
What these idiots forget to think about is that housing and treating the
mentally insane is not a pretty affair EVER and sending them all to the
streets was STUPID.
