Hi NY.pm,
At YAPC over the summer I mentioned to a few people that the professor
I work for at Penn was being recruited by Columbia's Med School. Well,
it's now official -- she accepted, and I (along with most of my lab)
will be joining her!
I'll still be in Philly and WFH for a while but starting in January
I'll start transitioning to spending more time up there and less time
in Philly. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone at the Peculiar
more often!
I still need to find a place to live. I've been concentrating on
Central Jersey, but I do have a question for the NYC locals -- does
everyone in New York pay $9 for a box of corn flakes, or is that just a
Morningside Heights thing?
