FWIW, there are fairly regular meetings at https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://meet.opensuse.org/meeting__;!!DeIc-uvKXH9G!9l4Ch3YjtINsCc_uzI6-sd_b0nXZI8fTamHgHFddCZIoheutBmIonKGwVsxC89lZNJFNgkbOovlZT_-IOshf$ , every Tuesday at 14:30 UTC (ALP(SLE-next gen) work group), and Thursdays at 19:00 UTC (Community etc). Lubos Kocman(Leap Release Manager) is a regular at both, so drop by and ask :)
AFAIK, 15.5 *will* be the last Leap release, and what comes next will be based on ALP, and first alpha proof-of-concept of that is, AFAIK, planned for end of September/early October of 2022.
