by the way if you want to know why im not surprised it where Perl 6 came from https://web.archive.org/web/20010405012812/http://use.perl.org/article.pl?sid=01/03/31/206248 not the date on the article 4/1/2001 April fools day it was announced that Perl and Python would merge into Parrot wich would be developed by the Python 3 and Perl 6 development teams together. the problem was they took the joke to far and created an SVN repo and people started submitting code, that's where Perl 6 came from and April fools joke.
