So you need to fix your Postfix's port 587 service. Override whatever smtpd_*_restrictions list you have using whichever Spamhaus list your client IP is on with a list suited to initial submission.
That's a vague answer because your problem remains vague. You've described your setup in natural human language, which is ill-suited to describe Postfix configuration.
As the docs say regarding getting help here you should include command output from:
"postconf -n"
"postconf -Mf" (Postfix 2.9 or later).
