Well, I believe it is.
Democracy doesn't depend on ACORN or > Veritas,
I agree that democracy does not require the existence of either of those two.
but it does depend on free speach and the freedom of political > participation.
I support both of those. But freedom of speech doesn't include fraud and libel, and they are the m.o. of Project Falsitas.
What other issues there may have been about ACORN are not pertinent to condemning the attack on it using lies.
The issue at hand is about a detail of the boundary of lawyer-client privilege. My opinion is that Project Veritas should have the same privilege that any other lawyer's client has. I don't know enough to have a more specific opinion
