This is the new thing. When you don't like what you hear, you threaten
it. If that doesn't work, you ban it.
Matthew was being a racist in his comments. Jumping turnstiles is
illegal for everyone and is theft of services. There are stations in
the ghetto that have been eliminated - see the the Franklin Avenue
Shuttle - because the traffic was ALL jumping the turnstile. These are
black communities. The numbers are what they are and you can't just
wish it way because in your racist mind that it is ok to jump the
turnstile when your black, because .... whatever.
