Can't say I notice anything here. Well the only thing that seems a little odd to me is the s6-ipcclient message printing there but I'm not familiar with it so maybe that's just normal. The other thing you could try doing is bringing down services manually one by one before shutting down. In theory, if you do stop all of them before powering off, the poweroff should work just fine. Of course, it would be more helpful to figure which service (or maybe combination of services) causes the hang.

Yeah, /run/uncaught-logs wouldn't survive across boots unfortunately.
