Graphitti is BACK. Most worrying is that it is all over the Manhattan
Bridge. If kids with spray cans an get to key parts of the Manhattan
Bridge, then the bridge is not safe from attack either.
The City is now completely collapsed. Even calling 311 doesn't work.
311 is not taking complaints or reports..
