A man was found hanged from a tree in an apparent suicide in a Manhattan
park early Tuesday, officials said.
The grisly discovery was made by a passerby walking through Fort Tryon
Park near the banks of the Hudson River in Inwood about 6 a.m., cops said.
The man’s name was not immediately released. Police believe he took his
own life.
An autopsy has been scheduled to confirm his cause of death.
