OK - so here is the thing, and I don't know why
you need to compile apache without static mpms and then load mpm_prefork
in the config file
Build apache
./configure --enable-mpms-shared=all
http.conf:
#LoadModule macro_module modules/mod_macro.so
LoadModule mpm_prefork_module modules/mod_mpm_prefork.so
#LoadModule dbd_module modules/mod_dbd.so
Why? I don't know. I would love an explanation.
