I believe there can be jokes that represent hate speech, I did not
think about it. Maybe I had to say "Those jokes are not hate speech"
as I referred to those jokes which are the "issue" according to
Ludovic Courtès, those he said to be the issue like "Federal
censorship regulation" -- it is not even really "abort()" joke, it is joke
about "Federal censorship regulation".

For myself, I am even so much surprised that there are people who with
to tear down one organization, and the founder, and principles of free
speech, all because of humor.
I cannot see any malice, bad intention, evil or hate speech in that humor.
