"Our design statement is "How might we improve access for services for
students and international travellers, so that they have access to paper
immunization records by virtue of gaining clearance."
The goal is to let these narrowly defined patients subsets be able to
access their immunization data in an interoperable and highly
irrefutable way via the attestations of the healthcare provider and any
necessary third party.
We intend to create first an iOS app with React Native. We will use the
Stow protocol that runs on the Ethereum network for our attestations and
permissions scheme."
