Hi everyone,
Weâre polishing off the final testing on the next version of mothur.
Hopefully, that will drop in the next week or two.
In the meantime, I wanted to share with you a project that Iâve been
working on over the past couple of years. I've been developing a
tutorial series for those microbiome researchers interested in improving
the reproducibility of their analyses - thatâs you, right?. Although
itâs not specifically a mothur tutorial series, mothur figures in and
the series will show how we use mothur and other tools to optimize the
reproducibility of our analyses. The introductory video is up on YouTube
and new videos will be posted every Tuesday and Thursday for the next
two months. The first video was posted today and can be found on YouTube
. This
Reproducible Research tutorial series
is part of our
Riffomonas project .
Enjoy!
Pat Schloss
