This goes back to SPF where they decided to sell something that isn't an= =20 anti-spam measure as an anti-spam measure, presumably to manipulate=20 everyone into implementing it=2E
DKIM is about authentication, not anti-spam=2E=C2=A0 It's not to stop open= =20 relays or drug spam or your crazy uncle's conspiracy theories=2E DKIM=20 allows you to ensure the message comes from someone in control of the=20 envelope sender address (iirc) and is genuinely the same as the one the=20 mail server passed to you, not that it isn't trying to sell you magic bean= s=2E
