well that is part of it but the real reason is because the minority
students are inferior students and chosen based on race at the clip of
nearly 50% of the applicants.
It underscores the weakness of education as a whole, especially in the
ghetto, and reinforces it.
Also, they aren't telling what kind of minorities they are taking it.
They aren't taking in middle class American kids of any kind. They are
flooding the school with foreign students leaving the kids from the
ghetto behind.

What they are doing is profiteering on foreign students and US born
students and being left out. This is a dangerous long term condition
that undermines the entire US economy, destroying the raison d'être for
Universities in the first place. If this doesn't stop, they are going
to destroy completely the fabric of US society.
They need to end H1B visas and severely limit student visas. They need
to squeeze these universities until they get prices in line with
affordability and fill classes with local students.
They have to stop discriminating against white men, and urban born blacks.
