It is rational if you want to break your contract with CVS/Carmark
and have your businesses pulled out from underneth you since the
contract explicitly says you can't give out such information and nobody
is hiring you as a lawyer to get the contract back while 70% of your
volum has been destroyed.

Yes you did. You know you did. You do it all the time and you are
doing it now. Your a fustrated lawyer and you think that the proof of
something is when a court hears a case and renders judgment.
But it doesn't work lke that. The majority of the law is corrupt and
paid for by lobbiests, like the lobbiests from Abbott and it takes 100's
of millions of dollars to out lobby them and judicate them.
It is the essense of the evil of government.
