I can't help noticing that you nowhere address what I said, providing zero of the requested evidence. Perhaps this is because 'Please provide your evidence to both this mailing list and state prosecutors' is the rational thing to do, but you cannot do it. Just as you have no answer to any of my other points, and I was wasting my time attempting to assume you were willing to stop and think.
Ah well. I notice that, even though you cannot address a simple and obvious explanation, that doesn't stop you from -- as usual -- attempting to simply out-should everyone else, with a string of _six_ new messages where you reply to yourself repeatedly, starting with the one I'm replying to:

You know, Ruben, you aren't paying me to process your logorrhea, so in this case I'm going to just skip it. If you wish to not be ignored going forward, try getting your point across without attempting to cover the mailing list with a blizzard of dialogues with yourself.

Excuse me? I have never said that obviously wrong thing at any point, past or present -- and I would appreciate your immediate, public apology for claiming I did.
I'll be charitable and assume you are having cognition problems, as the alternative would be to assume libel.
> I don't care WHY you think this kind of racketeering is legal.
I did not assert or imply that, either. i will expect a _second_ apology for your assertion to the contrary.
