If Abbott Pharmaceuticals is engaging in corruption, it should get
prosecuted for that. Please provide your evidence to both this mailing

Diabetes medical supplies such as test strips, etc. were
already required to be covered -- for patients accepted for coverage,
which before ACA was not a given -- by basic medical insurance by state
diabetes mandates in 47 states, all except Alabama, Ohio, and Idaho.

ACA's change in this area is to prohibit insurance companies from
banishing diabetics to extremely high-cost high-risk pools or deny
coverage entirely on grounds of a preexisting condition.
