I think you are trying to mix up two seperate issues that are
completely unrelated. With regard to security concerns, the **elected**
president is, unless this has become a facist country, the highest power
and executor of authority and power, which includes ALL security, state
secrets, and matters of military and national security.
Yes, Virginia, the government can not tell our elected official what he
can and can not expose to the public or foriegn governments. The
government can not tell OUR PRESIDENT what he can and can not keep
secret from the people.

As the **elected** president, a landslide election, BTW, the President
is the ultimate authority in such matters.
As for the boarder policies held up in the courts, we shall indeed see
if he has likewise the same powers. Although in the case of immegration
policy, that is set by Congress, although the President likewise has
exclussive constitutional rights in this area, which was recogniked when
that Bigoted court system that you love so much struck down Arizona's
use of state policing agencies on the flimsy grounds that it interfered
with the Presidents right to make federal policy in an area of its
concern.
