What are you talking about? I've installed debian about 1000 times
without exageration.
What do you think I've done at all those installfests for 30 years?
Pour coffee?
If you think it makes a good desktop, you use it.
I don't want to play with my desktop software after it is installed.
I have other things to do.
I want to install it once and use it until I'm dead.
