Ruben, many on my Dad's side of the family gets heart palps from chocolate believe or not, just started with me too- plus caffiene ( I don't know if you drink it ).
You should take a minimum 45 minute VIGOROUS walk, every day, even on / off trotting when your endurance improves. Need good athletic shoes for this.
I don't believe you will do it, but it can save / prolong your life.
You should also always have a bottle of baby aspirin on hand, to chew several of immediately if you ever think u r having a heart attack ( you should learn the symptoms ).

not that anyone cares, but I had heart palpitations today which they
have diagnosed to stress, emotional stress. So, with consultation, I've
deep sixed my facebook account, and I'm considering just shutting down
hangout. It's been going for a lot of years, but my stress levels are
through the roof and something needs to change. The holidays are
coming, that is bound to make me really miserable.
I've tied to do good work for a lot of people for a long time, and
usually on my own dime. I've always felt that allowing a safe space for
people to vent was healthy, but yet here I am. I know I've let a lot of
people down over the years. As here we are facing another round of
draconian repressions of intellectual expression and data ownership. We
are going head long into a very dark world, and this has been going on
for several years, and there seems to be no hope for the human race.
Closing hangout doesn't fix that, of course. But I'm obviously
distressed past my physical breaking point.

I'm just saying... this is not fun any more.
