I don't know what your short version is or what you even mean here. The short version, and the long version is that the Government sued Berkley because they put educational videos on the internet because according to the government, that is a a civil offense if you don't also make them so that blind people can "see" them and deaf people can "hear" them it is a civil crime and the government will sue you. That is fucking crazy, and I'm sick of crazy.
You should be able to publish whatever the fuck you want without big brother suing you for the favor.
MIT's opencourseware is also being targeted as well as nearly every online lecture. The translation of this is that you are not allowed to stick a camera in a lecture, record it, and then publish it on the internet. That is FUCKING WRONG and IMMORAL.
