I notice you're strenuously ignoring my point again (that George H.W.
Bush, the president who signed ADA and was one of its backers, albeit
no 'liberal', would not favor UC Berkeley needing to remove 20,000
educational videos from public access _either_.
However, George H.W. Bush (Bush 41) did _not_ sign into law the Medicare
drug benefit expansion. You have him confused with his son George W.
Bush (Bush 43), who did.
Man, you really _are_ losing it.
