Interesting. They can't decide what is Rembrandt all the time because
his workshop worked so closely with him. :)
That particular piece, the Mill, caused a large controversy because
despite national efforts to keep in the the Netherlands, US collectors
outbid the Dutch government. It made the Dutch double down so that all
those largely Jewish collectors in NY didn't end up with all the Golden
Age masterpieces in the US.
