Times Square is a bad idea, period. If we could find private space in a
building, that is fine, but overwise the spaces are too large, and
filled with transient populations, like tourists and commuters.
This is why we have largely settled in local bars. The problem is that
KR has just gotten too noisey and has morphed from a Wall Street hangout
to a hipsters bar.
Truly, it is hard to beat the space at the Brooklyn Marriot. It even has
wifi and electric plugs and is 5 minutes from the Staten Island Ferry
and 25 minutes from Midtown.
It has been completely rebuilt and it has a starbucks like coffee bar
and is largely empty and has a large work table.
