This just in: City and County of San Francisco just filed a Tenth
Amendment lawsuit against Tsar Donnie's Federal overreach.

Again, this is a notable example of deploying a traditional traditional
traditional traditional traditional traditional traditional traditional
traditional conservative legal principle, and a hallowed part of the
Constitution, to restrain a maniac in Washington from violating the law.
