Change the subject much?
In response to your claim that foreigners have no rights at all under the Constitution, I replied that _all persons_, period, have the Constitutional right of equal protection of the laws whenever they're subject to US legal jurisdiction, and that this has been a settled point of law for about a hundred years. And also that -- your complete and total failure to understand the subject notwithstanding -- this was the _exact_ reason why five Federal judges issued TROs over the weekend in face of the illegal and incompetent Bannon-authored executive order, as required of judges whenever plaintiff's case is extremely likely to succeed on legal merits alone.
Your coming back and acting as if I'd said 'we have to let anyone into this country', which is nothing at all like what I said, merely makes you look even -more- clueless.

OK, you think I'm in error about a hundred years of 14th Amendment decisions? I have $1000 here that I'm willing to wager that the 14th Amendment right of equal protection of the laws applies to non-citizens. You up for it? I'm willing to take your money in the name of public education. _______________________________________________ hangout mailing list hangout-at-nylxs.com http://www.nylxs.com/
