I'm not sure what issue you envision, sir. Perhaps you can elaborate.
FWIW, I think DC v. Heller was correctly decided. And you might also
find of interest my reasons for opposing on due process, fundamental
Constitutional rights, and other grounds CA's recent Prop. 63.
