If CAIR have done anything illegal, they should be prosecuted and dealt with.
Some idiot prosecutors attempted to find legal violations in 2007, found nothing, and instead decided to prosecute via press release, cailling CAIR names rather than, y'know, doing their jobs as prosecutors. Those guys might have been just unable to count past ten without taking their shoes off, so perhaps a different squad might be able to assemble something real. This of course assumes there _is_ something real. (Presumption of innocence until proven guilty; perhaps you've heard of it.)
On the evidence of the single sad, disreputable attempt at legal action that instead devolved into innuendo, I strongly suspect there _is_ nothing, that this group performs First Amendement protected free speech.
Of course, you've made it amply clear that you do not approve of the First Amendment, which as mentioned is a hilariously ironic and incongruous stance for a member of a frequently endangered religious minority to take, but the fact is that 'Ruben doesn't like these guys' continues to _not_ be evidence of criminal activity, on the part of CAIR or anyone else.
This would be part of a larger concept called 'the rule of law', which you likewise do not believe in.
