That is indeed an interesting thought. In fact, that is exactly my
thought about the Motgage borrowers.
They want to blame the banks for offering them 3 $400,000 mortages
on an income of 25k a year...
Everyone had there hands in this pork barrel and there is MORE than
enough blame to go around. The idea that the borrowers where imune from
this greed and innocent of wrongdoing is obsurd.

Arbitrage is buying something that you knowo can be immediately sold in
another location of more. You Arbitrage thwe difference. That was
happening in the housing market.

Well, it is harder and harder as I get older. Perhaps I just skim it
and spare myself the endless details that seem to repeat with new HS
class graduation.
