Your denying the well established, notorious criminality and raping of the public doesn't make it go away.

I don't trust Google a single inch, nor Facebook a millimeter, but at least neither of them stole tens of thousands of Americans' homes.

You're out of your ever-loving mind, or whatever is left of one. The out-of-control mortgage derivatives market was Silicon Valley? Hedge funds were Silicon Valley? Collateralzed Debt Obligations were Silicon Valley? Credit Default Swaps were Silicon Valley? Bear Stearns, JP Morgan Chase, AIG, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac. Lehman Brothers, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and 'too big to fail' were Silicon Valley?
You have _greatly_ failed to understand finance, recent history, geography, or possibly all three. Those were all Manhatten frat boys ruining the country in the mornings, and then off for cocktails in Long Island after lunch and a nice little weekend place in the Hampshires.
