the entire nuclear establishment and national science labs under Rick
Perry the global village idiot, Ben Carson the somnolent whose sole
qualification for running HUD is that he's lived in housing

intends a new nuclear arms race

and issued orders for the National Nuclear Security Administration to be
without leadership and unable to do its job
