So now the mayor has homeless people camped all over the 34th street
station, maybe about 2 dozen tents, with garbage spread all over the
platform. When riding home, the piss could be smelled in every car I
changed to and every station from 57th street to canal had homeless
tents with human excrement and piss all over the platform.
I wish I had my camera, not that anyone would care. So here you have
the guys on the platform with the hoses trying to clean, (remember they
spent almost 100 million $ changing to tiles that could be cleaned) and
they they are gingerly trying to avoid mountains of shopping bags, and
sleeping bags all over the platform.
The cops are everywhere. The F train across the platform couldn't move
because a homeless crazy had his shopping cart stuck in the door and
refused to move.
