This is bullshit. And when he closed the Maffia out of the sanitation business he was racist against Italians, and when he closed the fulton fish market to push organized crime from that market, he was a racist against the Irish, and when he busted white collar criminals on wall street, he was being anti-semetic... and on and on and on.
The reason that event happened as they did was because David Dinkins was a racist bastard who allowed a Program on Jews through central Brooklyn and entertained the race baiters in the black community setting off a violent convulsion through out the city, both organized and just random criminal activity. That was the fray that Guilliani entered into and he did so with bigotry or bias.
