I wanted the bounds checking, which is why I used a vector, although frankly I should have used my own custom linked list which is safer. I was confused about vectors. I thought if you accessed over its set allocation that it was smart enough to expand. Evidently not. It makes me wonder, why bother. I at least resolved all my language specific problems currently with the fitch representation. Thanks for responding. Last night/this morning, I was quite fustrated and needed another set of eyes. first thing in the mid morning when I awoke, I still didn't find the problem.
I was trying to debate if I wanted to copy the vector by value or reference the external vector. In the end I copied it by value. ths allows me to reuse a vector in my main program to load up the leafs. Now I need to calculate the inner nodes.
Did you get a chance to look at the circle identification theory that I put out yesterday? I was hoping to review it on Thursday. I asked an engineer how do we find a circle in a graphic and he was very excited to give the answer. It seems to be a standard engineering problem with fourier like mathmatics which is the lynchpin for all grahpics identification problems ;)

He had a recent paper I can't find on xrays and cladisitics. But I can't find it now.
