According to that same NY Times article, all of those dodgily redirected papers were then handed along, a couple of days after the first (Justice Department) inquiry opened, to Whitewater special counsel Robert B. Fiske Jr., and thereafter available to all three of the exhaustive Whitewater Development Corporation investigations.
And no, I don't believe the trail-of-murders bullshit that Internet conspiracy-mongers keep trying to sell, because it doesn't even require significant work to find the obvious leaping heroically past truth. http://www.snopes.com/politics/clintons/bodycount.asp
For example, Mikkelson of Snopes fame immediately spotted some of the same absurdities about the Clintons Murdered Commerce Secretary Ron Brown fairy-tale that I did, plus a bunch more, and he doesn't even bother getting into the absence-of-motive problem I noted in passing.
You really need to fire up that Alex Jones subscription, since you obviously love the bullshit-conspiracy stuff. However, I do need to warn you, that Jones bleeds his subscribers dry of money for donations to support urgent causes -- the same funding tactic that's the reason why the Tea Party movement doesn't have any life in it any more: The riled-up subscribers' money was extracted out of them and then pocketed, and they've now been discarded now that they don't have money to give, any more: https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/tea-party-pacs-reap-money-for-midterms-but-spend-little-on-candidates/2014/04/26/0e52919a-cbd6-11e3-a75e-463587891b57_story.html
