Ron Brown was a lawyer and liberal Democratic polito, DNC chairman in
'92, and appointed Secretary of Commerce by Bill Clinton in '93, then
died three years later when a USAF CT-43 (B737) transport crashed on
approach to Dubrovnik, Croatia, killing all 35 aboard, crashing into the
mountain ridge above that coastal town. (I know the crash site's area,
because I hiked up that ridge during our day in Dubrovnik a couple of
years ago, as it happens.)

I really rather doubt that First Lady Clinton could have engineered a
2000' cloud ceiling that day, along with the pilots setting a wrong
course and flying straight into the 2400'-high mountains immediately
behind the city.
Disregarding opportunity and means, what was the First Lady's motive in
messily offing Secretary Brown, 34 other people, and a $5M Air Force
plane? Just because he'd been in the early stages of investigation by
independent counsel Daniel Pearson for accepting money from Brown's
former business partner Nolanda Hill or her company for something (if he
did, which was never determined)? There was no special connection to
Bill or Hillary Clinton according to the available data, even if you
assume Brown was breaking the corruption laws, which was never
established. But of course if you're Alex Jones, happily, evidence
doesn't matter.

Ah yes, that would be the three separate and independent investigations
by multiple prosecutors that all utterly failed to produce a case about
the eponymous failed 1970s/80s real estate development company. Must be
a conspiracy!
You forgot to mention that she personally crammed trazodone down Vince
Foster's throat, and then shot him with his own .38 revolver.
