Q: How do I report a "false positive," where PhishTank wrongly labels a site as a phishing site?
A: False positives -- where a site is labeled as a phishing site incorrectly -- are very damaging. Go to the Phish detail page for the site in question, click on the link "This site is not a phish" and follow instructions. These reports will be taken seriously.
If you're saying you tried that and they didn't remove you, then it's _also_ true that you have not yet fixed the aspects of your mirroring that make your pages resemble a phishing site. Which you could do exactly as I described -- and _then_ report as above as a false positive.
Not everything you dislike is a 'scam', Ruben.
