No, it is not, and your showing a very fundamental lack of understanding
of this topic. This is not google and your definition is fundamentally
broken. Phishing is an attempt to deceive a user to collecting personal
information. There is NO MEANS here to do that and there is no attack.
Copying and mirroring available information should not expose ANYONE to
be falsely accused of malicious behavior, such as you are currently doing.
As a fact, not a theory, this is not phishing. Its just a copy of a NY
Times page. Everything redirects back to the NY Times. No data is
collected here, nor capable of being collected. The page is entirely
static. Your adding me to your database is, however, malicious and does
not serve any purpose. The relationship of the two sites however, is
irrelevant since no data is being collected, nothing links to the page,
and the only way one would even find that page was to use a robot to
mirror my archives by the directory listing. The relationship is I
copied a webpage for archival purposes. Your bringing in google cache
is irrelevant. This is not a cache. I do not rove the internet looking
for pages to mirror, as you do evidently.
You owe me an apology and you need to remove me from the database.
As an added thing, you shouldn't be using google as a mail client.
Aside from them tracking you all the time, and now tracking me through
you, they are constantly in SORBS for spamming because they are careless
with their mail accounts and deliver. You need to get a real domain
with a real email account.
