If you had, y'know, bothered to read what I said upthread, I completely
rejected your notion that California _actually_ needed to increase its
number of prisons by 109% during a period when its population rose only
75%.
I merely pointed out that the error of that maniacal overconstruction
spree -- fueled by even worse and even more catastrophic legal policy
errors -- prevented increasing the university capacity by more than a
mere 10%. And this is part of the tragedy of delayed infrastructure
that we're still trying to fix.
This really should not have been difficult to understand.
