And wasn't there some proposed state-level law to forbid municipal bag

I've now asked you this twice in a row. It seemed reasonable to suppose
that you would be able to answer the question, as you're all wound up on
the subject. But instead you give me a big lecture about how what I've
experienced and know doesn't matter. Maybe yes, maybe no, but is there
are reason you cannot answer the question, sir?

suggests that NYC's 5-cent ordinance remains on the books but that
implementation date has been moved back to February 2017.

says that Suffolk County, East Hampton, Southampton, and the Suffolk
