The 2016 State of DevOps and Salary Reports

We're excited to share our fifth annual State of DevOps and Salary
Reports with you.
__________________________________________________________________

This year for the 2016 State of DevOps Report, more than 4,600
technical professionals from around the world shared their experiences,
helping us deepen our understanding of the technical practices,
cultural norms and lean management practices that make up DevOps.

We found that high-performing organizations:
* Deploy 200x more frequently than low performers, with 2,555x faster
lead times, 24x faster recovery times, and 3x lower change failure
rates.
* Spend 22% less time on unplanned work and rework, and 29% more time
on new work.
* Spend 50% less time remediating security issues than low
performers.
