I suspect you're not much of a process thinker. No offence intended.

HTML source.
You asked what a Web site is doing. I asked what you found out when you investigated, starting in the obvious first place to look.
Some people, I notice, think they are entitled to assign other people homework by asking them lazy questions. I respectfully disagree. If you care about the answer to a question, it is in your interest to investigate. If you wish to motivate other people to investigate on your behalf, cite to them a reason that is compelling to _them_ (not to you) and/or offer them a compelling amount of money. In either case, have a backup plan in case the answer -- or non-answer, as the case may be -- is 'not interested'.
Did you bother, by the way, to consult and evaluate the Web site in question's quite detailed pages concerning user security -- or do you figure that's Someone Else's Problem?
